A pilgrimage through the mountains, rivers, and deserts of Big Bend National Park. As we traverse the place where “rainbows wait for rain,” we’ll spend time with sacred writings, practices, and conversations designed to cultivate your connection to the divine. Ghost mountains, great rivers, and desolate deserts will help us discover, reflect upon, and transform our spiritual lives.

100 Miles of Pinhoti

Join us on a trip filled with Southern hospitality, amazing food and the unique ecosystem of the Talladega National Forest in eastern Alabama as we journey along 100 miles of the Pinhoti Trail. Enjoy the solitude and history of these ancient woods as we create memories of a lifetime running together. This trip ends with a night in Birmingham, one of the hottest small food cities in America!

Journey for Justice

The highlight of the trip is participation in the Civil Rights Race Series from Selma-to-Montgomery relay race. Our support vehicle will be out on the course, so you can run as much of the 50-mile journey as you wish. We anticipate some runners will want to cover the entire distance and others will prefer to split up the distance and relay with others in the group. No matter what distance you choose, this trip will inspire your heart as we journey together for justice.

Silverton & Telluride

Currently being designed and scheduled for the summer of 2021, a spectacular multi-day trip following the Hardrock Hundred Mile Endurance Run course in the stunning Colorado San Juan Range. The trail is 100.5 mi. long with 33,050 ft. of climbing and descent for a total elevation change of 66,100 ft. This will be a trip to remember and one you don’t want to miss!
Rated: Difficult with 25+ mi per day
+ one rest day.

Join us on the Art Loeb Trail & Pisgah National Forest in North Carolina’s Blue Ridge Mountains. Ranked by National Geographic Adventure as one of the best trails in North America, the iconic Art Loeb Trail offers a 30-mi. point-to-point traverse in the stunning Blue Ridge landscape. Threshold Expeditions is especially excited to resume taking reservations for this trip after such an uncertain start to the year.
