COVID-19
HEALTH & SAFETY
In the interest of our guests and the communities we visit health and safety Threshold Expeditions is:

Covid vaccinations are strongly recommended for all guests.
On day one of your Threshold Expeditions trip, all guests will have their temperature taken by a Threshold Trip Leader. Please understand that a reading of ≥100 degrees will mean we are unable to welcome you on the trip.
Face masks will be required any time physical distancing is not possible, or when specified by local policies. Face masks will be required for vans and indoors in public settings. We recommend that you bring your own facemask, but we will also be happy to provide one. Hand sanitizer will be available throughout the trip.
We monitor what’s happening with COVID-19 and how it impacts our trips. The latest recommendations from the CDC and WHO, along with local authorities where we travel, are informing our decisions and will be updated as the situation evolves. Look for any updated information via email or reach out to your trip curation director.
Our guide teams are trained in food handling safety and following all safety guidelines. The hotels we partner with were all selected based on their high standards and concerns for safety and cleaning protocols. We know you will agree and feel confident in your safety.
Our gear and vans are sanitized daily for an added layer of safety.
*As always, the protocols and requirements of the destinations, National Parks, Forest, hotels, restaurants etc. will be practiced and followed throughout the duration of your trip. It is our priority to respect the choices and regulations of the communities we visit.
