Join us for a Threshold Expeditions off-season clinic and shake out your legs as Liza Howard and Meghan Canfield share their expertise in our Stage Racing Fundamentals clinic. This 1.5-day clinic offers all the excellence you would expect from a Threshold Expeditions trip but is focused on giving you the skills needed to be successful in all your adventures. Learn the importance of foot care, sleeping systems, pack packing, nutrition, and more as we creatively delve into the details. Expect a solid day of learning, an afternoon run to practice new skills, a mock stage race practice session, lots of laughter, and a shared meal with new friends and old.

*Threshold Clinics do not include lodging and all meals to allow clients to scale their budgets to meet their needs and investment in gaining new skills. We do provide a wonderful group dinner and the most experienced teachers in the field.
